Communicating with the campground

Credit/Debit card payment is available for some payments and can be done via phone or PayPal. If you are a PayPal user our ID is email@example.com. We can also send you a PayPal invoice. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to pay the invoice. (Remember, cash or check is required to qualify for the discount for paying your site fee in full by December 31.)
Seasonal Site Fee
Payment in full is due prior to use of the site or May 31, whichever comes first. A deposit is due on or before October 1 to guarantee site for the next season. A car pass is issued each year when paid in full must be displayed whenever in the campground.
Who is included?
The Seasonal Site Fee allows campground privileges for one family. “Family” includes 2 adults and their children under 18 years old. All others are considered “guests” and are subject to a guest fee. Setting up of additional trailers or tentson your site for anyone that does not meet this "family" definition is subject to the standard camping fees.

day or day/night stay. A Seasonal Site Guest Fee is available for
guests to visit at anytime during the season (except Jamboree when each
dollar raised goes to the Elks Home Services Fund). An adult Seasonal
Tenant must be present anytime there is a guest. Allowing someone to
use your site without you present is not part of the Seasonal Site
Electric Usage Billing
Cost for electricity is based on actual usage. Estimated billing is calculated based on prior year's usage. 1/3 of the estimate is due by June 15, July 15 and August 15. There is a $5 late fee for any payment not made by the 15th of the month due. Exact usage and amount owed will be determined when leaving for the season.
All Seasonal Tenants must have general liability insurance. If you have a golf cart on site your liability coverage must include golf cart usage. Property insurance is recommended. Family Affair Campground is not responsible for loss or damage to your property which would be insured if you had purchased an insurance policy.
Camper Vehicle Registration
Pennsylvania law requires the county to assess Real Property Tax on campers that are not registered vehicles. It is recommended that current registration plate and sticker is displayed so that it is easily visible by the county assessor.
